Carnival Cruise Lines Cancellation Guidelines: July 20, 2012 $200 per person, August 4, 2012 50% per person, August 20, 2012 75% per person, & September 4, 2012 no refund.

By The Sea Travel recommends a valid Passport has your proof of citizenship when traveling outside of the United States. If you have a family emergency and need to fly home, a valid passport is the only proof of citizenship allowed to re enter the US from a foreign country. By The Sea Travel has passport applications for our clients.
